ATTORNEY: DR. ...., in the capacity of attorney for the Petitioners.
PRESENTS: The female petitioner and attorney. The male petitioner was not present wherefore the attorney was vested with special powers to represent him in these proceedings.
The hearing was opened after the fulfillment of the legal formalities, and the Presiding Judge tried again to conciliate the consorts, exhorting them to abandon their intentions, to which both declared that their position was irreducible, and therefore persisted in their intention of divorcing each other maintaining the agreements already reached.
Then, the Presiding Judge, after hearing the Public Attorney, who had nothing to claim against, dictated the following for the Minutes:

JUDGMENT
- ..... have filed for divorce by consent.
- They alleged to have contracted marriage on August .., ..., under the status of full separation of assets.
That from the marriage resulted one minor children, ... .. .., born on February .., ...;
That they are reciprocally exempted from alimony; there are no common goods to be divided and the family house is allotted to the female Petitioner, as well as the parental custody of the minor.
- The conferences under Articles 1776 of the Civil Code and 1423 of the Code of Civil Procedure were designated and held, and both consorts maintained their intention of divorce.

- The Court entertains jurisdiction, internationally, in function of the matter and hierarchy.
- The petition is not defective and the legal means are proper.
- The parties have legal capacity and entity and are found legitimate.
- There are no other apparent exceptions, nullities or irregularities which impede the acknowledge of the ground of action.

DECISION:
- Since the consorts are maintaining their intention of divorce, under the terms of Article 1778 of the Civil Code, I hereby decree the divorce of .. .. ... and .. .. ....
I homologate, in its precise terms, the Regulation of Parental Custody concerning the minor, .. ... .. - Birth certificate no.: ... of the year ... issued by the Birth Registry Office in ....
- Costs to be shared by the Petitioners in equal parts;
- For taxation purposes, I set the tax value of the matter at $100,001.00, having no other matter to consider - Article 7, no.16 of the Code of Court Costs - setting the legal tax in half (½);
- To be registered and notified;
This judgment was immediately notified to the presents and to the Public Attorney, who said they were cognizant;
- And for the records, these Minutes were drawn, which after being read and found to be in conformity, shall be signed.
